Ercole, two metres ten of carved wood, is a body that resists. Created by Giovanni Maria Franzosini, it is not a monument but a vital relic, having survived time rather than been embraced by history. Today, at the Civico Museo Parisi-Valle, it is not celebrated: it is questioned. Its effort becomes energy in transit, a field of action, a space for exchange. Around him, a temporary community of artists forms, transforming care into knowledge and action into relationship. Hercules is no longer an image but a threshold: a passage between past and present, between hand and matter, between effort and form.
